- 2010年2月24日に株主総会が開催され、貸借対照表および損益計算書株主資本等変動計算書ならびに個別注記表の概要を報告し、承認されました。続いて、取締役辞任と後任者選任の申出があり、取締役福原哲一が退任し、取締役宮崎華陽が承認され、同日の取締役会において、代表取締役に選任された。
